Dear Guest,

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation and will continue to prioritise the well-being of our guests and employees.

Here, at Hotel Spiros & Hiroko, we are making all possible efforts to minimise the risks regarding COVID-19 for all our guests and employees. The following are a few examples of specific measures we are taking -

All health protocols that have been announced by national Public Health organizations and the World Health Organisation (WHO) are observed.
All hotel staff have been trained to adhere to the new health protocols.

Please note that all hotel staff will be wearing face coverings during their working hours.
In the event of a member of staff showing any signs of illness, such as fever, coughing etc. they will be sent home immediately and advised to see a Doctor.

All staff will adhere to the frequent washing of hands, at the start and end of their shifts, together with self monitoring of things such as temperature etc.

We are providing each member of staff with adequate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
Cleaning of the rooms upon previous departure is done according to official protocols.

Safe distances between sunbeds and umbrellas.

Systematic chlorination of pools.

Disinfection of keys and all public spaces.

We have an appropriate First Aid kit in the event of any incidents.

We kindly request that all guests follow all Social Distancing requirements.
We have appropriate signage for the adherence to all the health instructions of National public health organization by hotel guests.

Please feel free to use the antiseptic dispensers placed at various locations throughout the hotel.
A safe distance must be maintained(2 metres) between guest and hotel staff and between each guest.

Check in time from 15:00.
Check out time until 11:00.

Please notify the reception immediately if you are not feeling well.

We will continue to follow updates from government authorities and take all possible precautions for the containment of the situation.
